As we pride ourselves on our personal customer service, you cannot book online with us because we want to ensure that you get exactly the holiday you want, every time you book with us.
Your travel expert will carefully put together a suggested itinerary and options for your trip, tailored to your exact interests, taste and budget. We can either send your options via email, you can visit us at our offices or we can arrange to meet you at work or somewhere else convenient to discuss with you.
We will keep adjusting your itinerary until you are happy and ready to book. At that point you will pay the deposit.
After you have booked you can contact your travel expert at any time via email, WhatsApp or on the phone to discuss any aspect of your trip and ensure that every last detail is in place. We will let you know when the balance on your holiday is due and when you can expect to receive your vouchers and tickets.
Even when you have left the UK we are on hand at any time to deal with any queries you might have.
